Texas Wedding Photographers | Hello 2018!

Happy New Years to our clients, vendors and friends!

We are so excited to see what 2018 holds for our team. Maybe we expand or maybe we shoot at dream venues with dream vendors! 2017 was so good to our photography team. We shot weddings with adventurous couples that know how to throw a crazy party, photographed countless families, got published, and traveled across the country! Mikenzie welcomed a baby into this world, Kiera mastered and fell in love with yoga, moved homes and reached her business goals!

After setting new goals for 2018, for our personal lives and businesses, we decided to look back at some of our favorite 2017 shoots. After following along with our year, what was your favorite part?! Did you enjoy reading along with our personal adventures, travels, or weddings?! Read along below for a few of our favorite photography shoots and maybe even a sneak peek into what’s to come!

Allen Farmhaus Weddings

Last year (that’s fun to say!), Mikenzie met the owners of The Allen Farmhaus and sparked up a quick friendship. Since then, she has shot lots of bridal photos at their venue, a few engagements and multiple weddings! One of them being one of the owners, Maitlyn’s wedding! It was an honor to be chosen to shoot her special day, check out some of the favorites below!

Kallen and Colton’s Engagement

Another favorite from Mikenzie’s 2017 was her cousin’s engagement! Getting to photograph family is a special session. Capturing the love of two people who you love, well that’s the ultimate job. Kallen and Colton are fun, kind, and the cutest. Check out more of their engagement session at Hidden River Ranch in Lampasas!

Styled Shoots!

This year Kiera shot her first styled shoot, and Mikenzie shot one that will be published this month! Both were stunning and unique, and allowed their creative sides to shine. Kiera’s was at Prospect House and was so elegant, yet simple:

Mercury Hall wedding with Pearl Events

Emily and Aaron was a highlight wedding for Kiera. She worked with some of her favorite vendors, Pearl Events, Mercury Hall and Clementine Botanical Art!

Alexandra and Stefan’s wedding at The Brooks at Weatherford

This wedding was filled with Kiera’s friends, so she felt emotional attached as she photographed their event! It was so much fun for her to be a part of their big day, it ended up being a favorite! Plus, look at those florals!
